Klondike Pete's Serrano Hot
Klondike Pete's Serrano Hot is
the same great blend of spices and flavors as the Original - heated up with
Serrano peppers. We've worked hard to produce a sauce with a polite amount of
heat, so that it satisfies your fixation for hotness, but wont blow you away.
It's just as versatile as the Original when used for basting, as a marinade
and for dipping. It's great!

Serrano Hot. However, it does not require the repetitive basting to build up
the great glaze. Low and behold, when we entered it in the BBQ sauce category
at a Kansas City Barbeque Society sanctioned cook off - we took first place!!!
