| Ways to use Klondike Pete's BBQ Basting Sauce and Grill Seasoning: To create a great glaze, baste repetitively starting about half way through your cooking cycle. Competition Ribs - When we make competition ribs, we first season them with Applewood Falls Pork & Beef Seasoning. We cook over indirect heat on a 250 F grill. We baste four times, at 20 minutes intervals, with an apple mop - JR & Klondike's Hog Wash. We then double wrap them in aluminum foil, meat side down and put them back on the grill with the temperature increased to 300 F. We then cook them until the air temp in the foil is over 205 or for about an hour. We then place them in a dry cooler wrapped in a towel for a minimum of an hour. We then take them out of the foil and cook basting with Klondike Pete's BBQ Basting Sauce until they are done. We cook the ribs for about four hours total. Enjoy! Easy to make Ribs - Season the ribs with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Rub with Klondike Pete's BBQ Basting Sauce and precook in a covered pan for one to two hours at 250 F to 300 F, depending on how many ribs you have. Take out of oven and drain off fat. Grill, turning and basting frequently until they are done. Chicken - We like to cut a whole chicken in half and season with Applewood Falls Poultry Seasoning. Grill basting with Klondike Pete's BBQ Basting Sauce. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are great when marinated and grilled basting with Klondike Pete's. Boneless skinless chicken thighs are delicious. Season With Applewood Falls Poultry Seasoning. Grill them for a few minutes on each side so they are slightly cooked. Then turn and baste frequently until they are done. Shrimp - Shrimp are great when marinated in Klondike Pete's BBQ Basting Sauce and then grilled, basting several times until the are cooked. Cajun Shrimp - Another great way to enjoy grilled shrimp is to season them with Klondike Pete's Grill Seasoning, grill them and serve with melted butter for dipping. Cajun Haddock - Brush haddock with melted butter and season with Klondike Pete's Grill Seasoning and grill or broil. It's delicious! Klondike Pete's Sloppy Joes One pound berger, 1/4 diced onion, 1/4 diced red pepper, one stalk celery diced, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 Tbsp Klondike Pete's Thick & Smoky.
